Technical Overview
We've helped many customer with queries regarding converters and inverters. We provid this section in order to help with the most common occurring problems.
As with any product it is very important that you ensure that you have read your unit's user guide. Please make sure that you have followed the installation instructions in the manual as we often find that many problems are a direct result of poor installation.
Many DC - AC inverters produce a stepped square wave output (not sinusoidal as supplied by the national grid) and this may, infrequently, lead to problems with certain types of loads. If you are having problems you should consult our FAQ's and the page on output waveforms in this section. Unfortunately, as with every written document this section cannot be fully comprehensive and therefore it is very important that you phone or e-mail us with your phone number at Support if you can't find a solution to your problem here.
